November 12, 2016 family and friends gathered to pay tribute to Trooper Pulling at the dedication of the David B. Pulling Memorial Community Room. Troop 3 Commander Captain Joshua A. Bushweller and other dignitaries spoke during the ceremony honoring the life dedicated in service to the citizens of the State of Delaware. Below are photos of the dedication ceremony.
